Wholesale Policies – Casta Bags
1. Shipping costs
- Wholesale orders do not include shipping costs.
- Shipping costs will be calculated based on the total weight of the order and the destination.
- We make sure to coordinate with reliable carriers to ensure the safe delivery of products.
- If the buyer wishes to use their own shipping company, they must coordinate the entire shipping process. We will only provide the dimensions, weight, and location of the package.
2. Payments and Order Preparation
- To begin preparing the order, a deposit of 50% of the total order amount is required.
- The remaining payment must be completed before the order is shipped.
- Production and delivery times may vary depending on the quantity ordered and availability.
- No shipments will be made without having received the full payment.
3. Import and Customs
- All taxes, duties, or import costs must be paid in full by the buyer at their country's customs office.
4. Features of Our Products
- All our pieces are handmade, which means that there may be variations in size.
5. Packaging and presentation
- Unlike retail orders, products purchased in bulk do not include individual corporate packaging.
6. Payment methods
- We currently accept payments via transfer to Bancolombia and Davivienda.
- If the buyer requires another payment method (PayPal, international transfer, payment gateways, among others), any additional fees or costs will be borne by the buyer.
7. Production and Delivery Times
- Domestic shipments take 3 to 8 business days, and there is a maximum period of 3 business days for shipment dispatch.
- International shipments take 7 to 14 business days, and there is a maximum period of 3 business days for shipment dispatch.
- The production of a backpack from scratch can take anywhere from one week to one month, depending on the order. It should be noted that these products are 100% handmade by artisans from the Wayuu ethnic group.
8. Exchanges, Returns, and Claims
- Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns for minor variations in size or design.
- If you receive a product with manufacturing defects, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt, attaching evidence (photos or video).
- We only accept returns in the event of an incorrect product being shipped.
